Games Inbox: Arkham City GOTY, Diablo III specs, and The Witcher 2

and I have a real interest in trying out a new genre that I largely abandoned after Xenon 2 on the Amiga! My problem is this - I only own a PlayStation 3 and all these games appear Xbox exclusives. My question is simple - why?
