The PS4.5 or PS4K or whatever it is called, will absolutely not - and this is a fact - play 4K games.

Nintendo may have gotten away with it in the past with the likes of the N64 Expansion Pack but that was a pretty small cost to upgrade and only 3 exclusive titles. Even the DSi and new 3DS were more about better hardware rather than new software, also ...
